I recently found out that I am lactose intolerant. I have completely cut dairy out of my diet and I’ve become very interested in cooking dairy free meals. I have only ever made this recipe once, but it was such a success I immediately wanted to share with you. I used this PETA recipe for the sauce as a very rough guideline.
